To maintain seamless medical workflows, the platform securely processes:

• Identity & Authentication: Name, phone number, email, date of birth, biometric hash tokens, and government ID (where mandated for prescription controls).
• Clinical & Telemedicine Records: Video session logs, doctor consultation notes, vital sign telemetry, diagnostic lab uploads, and QR-signed e-prescriptions.
• Financial & Escrow Records: Transaction timestamps, appointment fee escrow receipts, and verified withdrawal settlement accounts.
• Communication Telemetry: SMS/WhatsApp appointment reminders and customer support correspondence.

03 Zero Third-Party Monetization

We never sell, rent, or lease personal health records or patient contact details to advertisers, pharmaceutical marketing agencies, or data brokers. Information is shared solely with the certified specialist chosen by the patient or partner institutions strictly necessary to fulfill diagnostic tests or medication dispensing.

All electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and video transmission channels are protected via industry-standard AES-256 bit encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access within our engineering architecture is restricted through hardware-enforced role-based access control (RBAC).

Patients retain complete ownership of their medical histories. You have the permanent right to download full EHR exports, request corrections, or request account closure, subject to legal audit and clinical safety retention requirements.
