Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an instant link via SMS/WhatsApp and dashboard notification. Click the link at the appointment time to enter the secure room directly in Chrome, Safari, or the Shaheen Android App without downloading additional plugins.

Every prescription generated on SVHS is cryptographically signed with a unique QR code. Pharmacies and diagnostic labs scan the QR code using their partner app to verify authenticity and prevent counterfeit alterations.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment from your Client Dashboard up to 2 hours prior to the session start. Cancelled appointments are automatically refunded according to our Refund Policy.

Doctors can register through the Specialist Onboarding Portal by submitting their PMDC license, educational degrees, and profile details. Credentialing takes approximately 24 to 48 hours for verification.
