01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, booking an appointment, or rendering clinical services on the Shaheen Virtual Healthcare System (SVHS), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, applicable healthcare regulatory frameworks, and all platform bylaws established by UnExplores Tech Innovations.

02 Medical Disclaimer & Specialist Autonomy

SVHS provides tele-consultation infrastructure, electronic prescribing conduits, and appointment matchmaking. SVHS does not practice medicine directly. All diagnostic evaluations, clinical conclusions, and medical prescriptions are the independent, direct professional responsibility of the attending PMDC/PMC-registered medical specialist.

03 User Conduct & Account Integrity

To preserve platform integrity and clinical safety, all users agree to refrain from:

• Submitting falsified medical identities, altered lab reports, or fraudulent diagnostic documentation.
• Harassing clinical specialists, nurses, dispatch riders, or support coordinators.
• Attempting automated scraping, credential brute-forcing, or bypassing biometric security layers.
• Using prescribed medication channels for prohibited, non-therapeutic, or unauthorized substances.

04 Financial Escrow & Dispute Resolution

All consultation and service fees paid by clients are held in protected escrow until the consultation is successfully concluded. In the event of a provider no-show or technical disconnection, fees are refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

05 Limitation of Platform Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVHS and UnExplores Tech Innovations shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from telecommunication failures, third-party clinic operational disruptions, or client non-compliance with physician advice.
